Another standout Surfis project — right in the heart of Holborn.
This workspace upgrade focused on creativity, sustainability, and minimal disruption. Instead of a full refit, the client opted to upcycle and wrap existing fixtures — reducing waste while achieving a bold, high-impact finish.
We were able to reimagine the space without starting from scratch — a cost-effective, visually striking result delivered in a fraction of the time a full refit would take.
The Challenge
This was a busy, high-visibility commercial space in Central London, and the client needed a smart way to modernise without the cost, waste, and downtime of a full rip-out. Key challenges included tight turnaround times, keeping disruption to a minimum for building users, and ensuring the finishes aligned with the client’s brand and sustainability values.
The Result
A striking transformation completed quickly, cleanly, and with minimal disruption. Existing surfaces were fully wrapped to deliver a sleek, modern look — from washrooms to walls — without removing a single fixture. The project met all aesthetic and practical goals, delivering long-lasting impact while saving time, money, and materials.
